You must be able to form a binding contract to buy from us. This store must not be used by anyone under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Hot-water teaware must be used with adult supervision.

We sell physical teaware, serve-ware and tea-table linen. We do not sell or ship any food, tea leaves, coffee, drinks, sweets or tobacco. Tea tins, sugar pots and jam dishes are supplied empty. Product descriptions use tea only to illustrate how a vessel is used; the tea itself is not included. We make no health, wellness or medicinal claims about any product.

All prices are shown in USD and include the item price; shipping is shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Teanook Club is an optional paid subscription that grants member benefits while active. It is a pure subscription with no credits, stored value or top-up packs. You can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal; the current paid period remains active until it ends. Where a tier includes a seasonal physical shipment, an item already dispatched is not refundable.

Teapots and cups hold boiling water and become hot; handle with care and keep hot-water pieces away from unsupervised children. Ceramic and glass are fragile. Cast-iron-style and gold-line pieces must not be microwaved. Household descaler is a consumer cleaning product to be used only as directed on the label, kept away from children and used in a ventilated space.

All content on this site — text, imagery, designs and the Teanook name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Our products are original or generic designs and do not use third-party brands, characters or copyrighted artwork.

Your use of the store must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for misuse of teaware contrary to the safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
